a brief introduction:
as many of you know, i cannot stand the word B-L-O-G.
it makes me think of throwing up to which, in principal, i am not opposed.
that is, when the body must eliminate to heal.
however, LANGUAGE is fully optional.
i am choosing these words and it is my job to customize as i see fit.
therefore, i represent the concept of [b-l-o-g] to be [Electronic Journal] and have coined the abbreviated version ELE JOU (which almost spells "she plays" in another language). say it with a slight french accent and i suspect it will make your mouth feel as happy as it does mine.
in addition, many of you know that PUNCTUATION and CASE are elements i treat loosely, at best - used mainly for graphic impact or amusement rather than to adhere to any particular grammatical convention. your shock and surprise will dim over time and you'll barely notice my linguistic indiscretions.
Andrew and i are on another adventure.
- three years ago, in summer, we drove WAY WAY north to Flin Flon, Manitoba.
- a year and a half ago, in winter, we journeyed to MAZATLAN and the Copper Canyon in Mexico.
- now we have crossed the Atlantic Ocean after stopping in nyc for a few days.
it is my intention to post irregularly, mainly images with a smattering of text,
between now and when we return to san francisco at the end of June.

I couldn't figure out how to subscribe to el(l)e jou, alas. But maybe I will get another e mail saying you have posted? I hope so. I adore the photo of St. Anthony and the two men. Love, Pam

Good to know where you are 'in the world'
Since, really, you are, out of this world!
I am following the path of 'letting go' of things
and old images and feeling lighter, brighter and
more open than ever. See you at the end of July.
I am Abu Dhabi late June and Sandy and I in Italy through end of July
